A huge win for the UNSW Raiders Men’s team defeating the Sydney Uni Lions 63-21 to win back the foundation shovel trophy. The Raiders were the first to score and really didn’t take their foot off the throttle for the entire game. “The boys played an incredible game today and I couldn’t ask them for any more effort because they just left everything out there” head coach Andrew Brundu said.

Sitting third on the ladder the UNSW Raiders Men’s defeated the number 2 team the UTS Gators 48-14. The GNSW league voted to not play the washout round during the long weekend break so all teams have a deserved mid-season holiday.
This week the game scheduled against the Sutherland Seahawks unfortunately was a washout due to poor weather causing the field at Sydney Uni to remain closed. So when there’s no football game to play the UNSW Raiders go bowling as a #Family. Put it this way… we’re much better on a field than in a lane! “Bowling was the winner on the day”
